 Terry Carano is an Executive Regional Vice President and Independent Consultant for Arbonne
International and the business owner of Vita Sana Ltd. Vita Sana Ltd. provides wellness consulting for self-employed
individuals and employers and offers health insurance options for Ohio-based individuals/small businesses. She
possesses over 25 years of experience in the employee benefit/insurance industry. Terry and her husband reside
in Dublin. She is also a certified fitness instructor and Life/Leadership coach. Terry got inspired to create a
forum for the community to learn about wellness providers and resources in the local community after attending
a wellness event in Columbus, Ohio. Once she realized there was no similar local event for the Dublin community
to attend, she reached out to other community leaders who share her same passion for health, education, and prevention.
She, along with licensed massage therapist Carrie Bezusko, chiropractor Dr. Charles Markulis, and health &

is a massage therapist licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio and practicing at the Curves for Women
fitness facility in Marysville, Ohio. She received her training from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine
in Columbus, Ohio. A professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), she is skilled in
providing Swedish (relaxation) massage, therapeutic & deep tissue massage, and Neuromuscular Therapy, including
techniques designed to help alleviate the pain and discomfort associated with many common disorders. Carrie also
offers on-site chair massage, perfect for when you want to help employees be their best, celebrate a special event,
thank clients in a unique way, or add a little flair to any special event. (Numerous local businesses and organizations
have enjoyed the benefits of this service, including Duke Realty Corporation, Riverside United Methodist Church,
Village Academy, and the Autism Support Group of Union County.) In addition to her training in massage therapy,
Carrie holds Bachelors degrees in both English and psychology from The Ohio State University and has a background

Markulis is an Ohio native who spent four years in Columbus as a Licensed Social Worker. As a result, Dr. Markulis
is a caring and concerned physician. He is a graduate of Miami University with degrees in Biology and Psychology,
and also a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He also attained the rank of Captain while serving the Army
Medical Services Corps. He and his wife, Amy, and their two children are Dublin residents and have been an active
part of the community for years. Dr. Markulis is a member of the Kiwanis of Dublin, the Dublin Chamber of Commerce,
